Learning at the Table
Battery Park Montessori provides snacks, and full-day tuition includes a healthy lunch from Little Green Gourmets. Current menus are shared with families. Meals are part of Practical Life. Children may prepare snacks, pour water, carry plates, serve portions, wipe tables, or return materials. Casa students also cook occasionally and eat lunch family-style, building coordination, concentration, independence, and care for their shared environment.
